Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, four bedroom, four and a half bath condo. This unit has never been rented and will have its first guests in March of 2023!!! If you're looking for luxury, then look no further! This one-of-a-kind unit offers over 3,500 square feet of living space, featuring an open concept layout and sprawling glass windows spanning from the floor all the way up to the lofty 10 foot ceilings. The living area is pouring with natural light and feels as though the beach is cascading right into the unit! The Living room features a large sectional sofa and two chairs for plenty of seating, an enormous wall-mounted HD television and even a fireplace! The kitchen is sure to impress even the most seasoned chef, offering gorgeous granite countertops, a gas cook top, stainless steel appliances from top brands including KitchenAid, Wolf and Sub-Zero, a breakfast bar with seating for six, a Keurig and "regular" coffee maker and so much more! The dining area affords seating for 8 and a wet bar with separate ice maker, and wine chiller, perfect for entertaining guests!

Parking at Turquoise Place is limited. Each unit has one assigned space and thus only guaranteed one parking spot. The use of a second, un-numbered space in the parking garage is based upon availability. Also, please remember that RVs (or extended vans with rv hook ups), trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. are not permitted in the garages OR overflow lots.

This condo was top notch. We had 3 couples and 4 single adults(college aged). Everyone fit in and there was always plenty of room. The views were awesome and the condo had everything we needed. The ONLY complaint is that the mattresses were not comfy in any of the rooms. Not a deal breaker because most hotel beds arent comfy either- we would still book this one again!
