Set directly on the sands of Grace Bay Beach in Leeward, Providenciales, Sea Breeze Estate places the turquoise waters of Turks and Caicos at the centre of the experience. Spread across 7.5 acres of manicured tropical grounds, the estate offers the privacy of a secluded beachfront villa with the scale and amenities of a private resort. Towering palms fill the gardens and beachfront, while the sea is always close at hand, from mornings spent walking the shoreline to afternoons on the water and evenings gathered just steps from the sand.
Outdoor living is oriented toward the beach and Caribbean Sea. A heated beach-entry infinity pool overlooks the crystal clear waters of Grace Bay, surrounded by several lounge areas for relaxed days in the sun. A thatched pavilion with its own bar and outdoor kitchen provides a shaded al fresco dining area near the pool, making it easy to enjoy meals in the warm island air.
