**Important Notice: Stairs Access to Unit**

Access to the unit requires using stairs: a short flight, a landing, and another short flight. If anyone in your group has limited mobility, please consider this before booking. The stairs are safe and well-kept, but they may not be appropriate for guests with physical limitations or those who are uncomfortable on stairs. Your safety matters, so please confirm this setup works for your needs.

**Laundry Room Note**

The laundry room is in the backyard and adds to the character of this 100-year-old house. It features modern appliances, but please keep the door closed at all times to prevent squirrels or other curious critters from getting in. A collapsible laundry basket is provided in the apartment to help transport clothes to and from the laundry room. Thank you for helping us keep this historic space clean and critter-free!

**Florida Environment and Pest Control:**

Florida’s warm, humid climate supports many creatures, including but not limited to ants, spiders, flies, fruit flies, roaches, palmetto bugs, lizards, and frogs. We use regular pest control services to minimize these visitors, but we cannot eliminate them entirely due to the natural ecosystem. If you spot any pests during your stay, please tell me right away and I will arrange for our pest control company to respond quickly. No refunds will be provided if any bugs are observed.

**WiFi and Internet Service:**

Our WiFi is supplied by Frontier. While outages are rare, weather or other external factors can sometimes interrupt service. If I am notified of an outage, I will inform you immediately and share an estimated time for restoration. Often a router reboot solves most connectivity issues; if problems persist, please notify me so I can contact the provider to get it fixed.
