About this cottage rental
Stable cottage has been converted from the old stable block for Spital House. It is all on one level and is situated next to the current stables within the peaceful grounds of a private estate. There is an abundance wildlife you can view from the cottage - deer, badgers, hares and many birds. Perfect place for a quiet getaway.

Clean and lovely property in beautiful countryside. Have stayed here three times now and have really enjoyed the peace and quiet. The welcome basket is a lovely thought when you come in the door.

The cottage had everything we could possibly have needed, including an impressively equipped kitchen. A very comfortable place to stay and set in beautiful grounds.We will be back.If I have one quibble, it would be that I wouldn't have thought there needed to be a list of things to do before leaving, which to me we always do anyway, and a reminder to wash up etc.

The house is well equipped in every way- a bit too hot within the cottage but excellent in every wayIt was a pleasant surprise to receive a welcome pack including milk in the fridge Local pub gives excellent evening meals with friendly staff.The pub is only open Wednesday- Sunday evenings.The cottage is situated well to visit place’s of interest .

Superb couldn’t fault anything about the cottage, everything is in the property you only need your food. Would definitely return someday.
