Gorgeous waterfront home perfect for a quiet get away. Five minutes to skiing, biking or hiking at Mount Wachusett. Large patio with outdoor kitchen and furniture will make your stay wonderful. Newly renovated outdoor shower and tub available as well as kayaks and dock. Each stay includes complimentary wine and a 1 hour chartered boat tour of the lake!

Joe was amazing. Greeted us and allowed for flexibility with check in and check out. The house is well equip for check in - coffee / paper towels / water. Would recommend this house - 10/10

The cottage was everything as it was advertised. The owner Joe bent over backwards to accommodate everything we needed.I can’t say enough good things about our experience with the property and the owner and the neighborhood. Location, location, location. Spectacular view on the water.I would give them a 1010 if that was an option. We hope to stay there again.

We loved staying at Joe's place! My mom, son and I stayed 5 days and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We enjoyed all of the outdoor areas and loved being able to sit by the water. The outdoor shower was a highlight. We used it every day. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. Thank you Joe for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place.

The cottage is comfortable and nestled in a lovely part of the pond. It is equipt with everything you could want and more. The host is helpful and accomidating.We had a nice time and I would recommend the cottage! Enjoy
