This open floor plan welcomes you into the 1st floor living area. Granite counters offer seating for 3 or enjoy meals with the family at the dining table for 6. The ground floor master suite is located just steps from the kitchen. Up on the 2nd floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms both equipped with twin beds. A full bath and separate laundry closet finish the space.

The townhouse itself is very nice. The location is great. However, please make sure you bring your own toilet paper. We had about half a roll in both bathrooms, and coming with a group of 6 (2 adult males, 2 adult females, 2 teenage girls) we ran out of TP the first night and were not aware there was NO extra TP in the house. Also, the floor and couches were covered in sand, annoying but not the end of the end of the world. However, you are about 30 minutes from Universal which was our reasoning for staying here. The communication with the housing manager was a nightmare after booking. They did not reply to any messages until the week before and then only sent check in instructions. Verbo even tried to reach out to the property owner with no success. No early check in available either due to no communication and automatic timed locks. Overall, good experience staying here because it was very nice, very spacious.
P.S. the pool is dirty.
