Located inside Windsor Hills Resort, this home gives families room to spread out while still keeping you incredibly close to the parks. Cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the private pool and spa after a long park day, let the kids enjoy the game room, or simply spend an evening unwinding together at the house.
Windsor Hills is one of the closest vacation-home communities to Walt Disney World, located approximately 2.5 miles from Disney's welcome gate. That makes it easy to return home in the middle of the day for naps, lunch, pool time, or a break from the crowds before heading back to the parks later.

The game room is one of our favorite spaces in the home and was designed so kids and adults can enjoy it together.

The Simpsons arcade
Big Buck Hunter arcade
The main family room also features a large 75-inch TV, and every bedroom has its own TV.
The home's Disney-inspired decor is intentionally more subtle and refined than heavily themed vacation homes. Throughout the house you'll find artistic representations of the parks along with architectural and engineering-inspired artwork featuring recognizable Disney attractions and landmarks.
PRIVATE SALTWATER POOL AND SPA
After a long day at the parks, come home and relax in your own private pool and spa.
The pool features a saltwater system, which is gentler on skin and hair than traditional chlorine systems while providing a comfortable swimming experience.
Optional pool heat is available for $35 per day.
The screened lanai includes:
Large outdoor dining table
Chaise lounges
Additional outdoor seating
Private pool
Spa
Color-changing pool lights
Enjoy breakfast by the pool, spend an afternoon swimming, or relax outside in the evening while the pool lights cycle through different colors.

Our house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. It was close to the parks but not the traffic so it created a much more relaxed, family environment. The community events were perfect for the kids and we loved relaxing by the big pool. The staff up there were extremely kind too. We had a couple issues with the appliances at the house (normal wear and tear stuff) and they sent someone out right away to fix it. The response time from the host was very fast.

We had a wonderful trip, family of 9. Plenty of room for all. The proximity to Disney was great. Somedays we all drove there together, and then some used ride share to go back to house. Subdivision pool and amenities were great. Host very responsive. Only complaint was carpet, needs to be replaced or deep cleaned. Pool at house clean and enjoyable.

We had holes in the screen door to where a raccoon came in and scared the toddlers in the pool area. They eventually fixed the screened closer to the end of our stay so we stayed out the pool and went elsewhere. Very scary experience for my first timer.
