Our newly renovated guesthouse is located right by the seaside with an ocean view available from the patio. The property is close to places of interest such as Moalboal, Panagsama Beach, White Beach, Badian Proper, and Kawasan Falls. However, you are sure to feel in your own exclusive paradise as the Duplex is located on a very large piece of land with coconut trees, wildflowers. breathtaking views and plenty of natural beauty. The official local address is Sitio Dapdap, Bugas, Badian it is 97Km away from Cebu City, 117Km away from Mactan Cebu International Airport. Both free Wifi and private parking are accessible at the guesthouse.

Staff is extremely friendly and always there to help. The bedroom was clean and ac worked great. We had a room with a double bed and single. They rented us a scooter for 400php/ day. The mattress is a 4" thick foam, nothing fancy. The Internet was not available in the room. There are many other patrons, maybe 8 or 9, and we all share the same bathroom and kitchen. It is more like a hostel than a hotel/ motel. Some patrons are downright rude, drunk and otherwise immature. Expect to be woken up by them at 2:30am. Barking dogs at midnight as usual, and the roosters too. Room security is an issue., don't really know where to go with that.
