About this space
Beautiful home with stunning sunset views on the lower Potomac River. Home features a private pier, fire pit, theater room, and play area for kids!

Only 1 hour from DC, 90 mins from Richmond. Easily accessible from anywhere in the DMV area.

Full kitchen, and large screened in back porch. This is a vacation home-come true.

Great place to create and make new waterfront memories. Kayaks are available seasonly (March-October), fishing poles, fire pit, and tiki bar.

On-site washer/dryer, dishwasher and granite counter top kitchen with a gas stove, and outdoor gas grill all available to guests.
