We recently stayed at this condo and had a mixed experience. The location was excellent and one of the biggest highlights of the property—close to everything we wanted to do. The host was also responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The condo itself was comfortable, but it felt somewhat dated and could benefit from some updates. We also found that several electrical outlets and lamps throughout the unit did not work, which was inconvenient. Another small improvement would be providing bottled water for guests. The local tap water has a strong beach/brackish taste, so having drinking water available would have been appreciated.The biggest issue during our stay was the mosquito problem. There were a large number of mosquitoes inside the condo, and we were constantly dealing with them throughout our stay. This significantly impacted our comfort and enjoyment of the property.Overall, the excellent location and good communication from the host were definite positives. However, the outdated condition of the condo, non-functioning outlets and lamps, lack of drinking water, and especially the indoor mosquito issue detracted from the experience. With attention to these concerns, this property could be a much better stay for future guests.

We have stayed here several times. The location is great and the home is nice. The only difference on our last trip was that they must have been in the process of updating the rooftop (which is a plus if so), but there was no outdoor patio furniture like there usually is. Therefore we were not able to enjoy the rooftop patio, which leaves you stuck inside when you are home, unable to enjoy the salty air! Hopefully they are updating it and it will be great next time.
