About this house rental
Detached house set in a private 25,000-meter park, in a secluded location just a 5-minute walk from the center of Fragneto Monforte. The house features spacious covered outdoor areas, a wood-fired oven, a barbecue, and a 50-square-meter private pool.
The villa consists of two apartments: one on the first floor, featuring a master bedroom with a private bathroom, a family bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a spacious dining room. The other apartment is located on the first floor and consists of a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two attic bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed. It’s a very quiet area; the town has several shops, including a grocery store, butcher shop, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, and various agritourism farms.
The nearest city is Benevento, a 20-minute drive away. The Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Naples are about 100 km away.
