About this house rental
Beautiful vacation home on a 10 hectare property with meadow, forest and olive grove, bordering the river Lete and located about 2 km from the small village of Pratella. This house, situated on top of a hill, is surrounded by a large and well-kept meadow where the pool is located. A riding stable can be reached in 15 minutes by car. Ideal location for day trips in the surrounding area: 20 km to the natural park 'Parco del Matese', about 30 km to the town of Isernia in the Molise region, about 30 km to the impressive Royal Palace of Caserta. The sandy beaches of Gaeta are about 50 km away. To the city of Formia it is also about 50 km, here you will also find ferry connections to the islands of Ponza and Ventotene. The city of Naples with ferry connections to the islands of Capri and Ischia is about 90 km away. The archaeological finds of Pompei about 90 km and the famous Sorrento, from where you can reach the stunning Amalfi Coast, also about 90 km. 2 bicycles available (on request and payable locally).

Locatie is afgelegen, maar je hoeft niet echt ver te reizen om toch ergens te komen. Bijv. het dichtsbijzijnde station (trein naar Napels) is op 15 km.
Jammer is dat we na 1 week nog met een energierekening van €80 werden geconfronteerd. Dat blijkt dus veroorzaakt te worden door de zwembadinstallatie. De eerste keer dat we daarvoor moesten betalen!
Verder lekker comfortabel allemaal
