OCEAN FRONT complex and the condo has Ocean Views! Newer paint, newer flooring through out, newer ceiling fans, nice sleeper sofa, dining room set, new countertops and back splash, new tile on balcony, newer SmartTV! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with balcony, pull out sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress. This condo also comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, so no need to rent your own! 4 beach chairs. This condo has full access of the Ocean Oak Hilton amenities! 2 Heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with out door grills, path to the beach, full bar and restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, can rent movies and has computer area. SUPER NICE and perfect condo for 2-4 people. Great location, easy walk to the beach (and beach chairs in the condo, huge plus!) Amenities from the Hilton were great to have (pool, hot tub, bar, food). Used the bikes provided by the unit, another plus! Also walking distance to alot of resturaunts and shops. All in all, a great stay and great communication from with host, thank you!!!
