Coffee maker - 10 cup drip coffee pot w/ filters.
Full sized refrigerator- w/ ice trays no ice maker

Fenced in back yard and parking on site
Must have someone 25 years or older booking
Children welcome but at your own risk. No baby gates, high chairs, outlet covers, etc.

Late check-out or early check-in could be available with a fee depending on the cleaning schedule. We tend to have same-day check-ins that doesn't allow for this. Please contact me to arrange this if possible.
If you check out late without approval, this will result with a late checkout fee. Cleaners show up promptly.

This was the perfect house for our family while visiting the Asheville area. We like staying in rentals while traveling and would love to have this home for all of our destinations near and far!

Loved this place, very thoughtful accommodations, comfortable bed, easy to get to Biltmore, restaurants, art shops downtown by vehicle. Loved the large walk-in closet off master bath and ottoman inside. It was great for the four of us to spread out in three bedrooms, especially after a long day of driving. Would recommend and stay here again!

Perfect home for an Asheville getaway. The beds were super comfortable, the common areas were great for relaxing and hanging out and Mandy was very responsive!
