• 1 vehicle may park on the driveway apron (parallel to the street)
• All other vehicles must park in parking spots located throughout the resort
• There are no assigned parking spots
• Vehicles may not block the sidewalk or grass

• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• Travel-size hand soap and shampoo per bathroom

* Basic kitchen essentials are included (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils).

• Last minute reservations we cannot accept pool heating

• Pool and spa share the same water; spa heating requires pool heat
• Not available April–September
• Heating effectiveness may vary below 60°F
Pool Service
• Pool is serviced every Monday
• Pool may be unavailable for approximately 3 hours during servicing
• Pool heating is not intended to reach hot tub temperatures
Pool & Spa Use:
• Guests use the pool, spa (if applicable), and surrounding areas at their own risk.
• No lifeguard is provided, and guests are responsible for the safe use and supervision of everyone in their party.

The kitchen was amazing allowed us to cook dinner in daily and the house was spacious and cleanly. We had an amazing family vacation with 2 of my siblings, our cousin and my Dad. The kids loved the pool and went a couple of times to community pool with older cousins. It was centrally located to grocery shopping and we even did our annual family trip to the drive in in Lakeland that was only a 45 minute drive. We brought lots of board games and set up our Xbox in the upstairs living room. All the kids were entertained and not under foot the entire time. Would gladly rent again.

The property was terrific. All was as described and pictured. We ran into an issue with the heating of the pool. However, it was handled as timely as possible and we were credited fairly. Overall it was a great experience and we would certainly stay here again.
