About this house rental
Dog Friendly - Beach Bungalow- Locally owned/operated. Inspected at each turnover. Three bedroom charmer set between two access points. Ocean views. Gas grill, outdoor seating, sand chairs and more. Half a block to beach access. Check-out time is 9:30am. Thermostats are locked at 72 degrees to ensure units are not overloaded in the summer.
Dogs: There is a a non-refundable $100 pet fee (2 dog max). A large crate can be provided if requested at the time of reservation.
Any dog found in or around a dog friendly property, that has not paid the pet fee, is a ground for expedited tenant eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid, and a non-declared pet fee of DOUBLE the normal pet free per pet, at the sole discretion of property owner.

The house was very clean and had everything we could possibly need! I could've brought half of what I packed and still been well prepared for the beach with everything there. It's in an incredible location and you can see the beach perfectly. The beach access is relatively close - the provided sand cart makes things so much easier. Our pups hung out on the beach with us the whole time. We were able to get food delivered no problem also. I really liked the backyard for the dogs to give them some freedom outside. I spent a lot of time out on the porch just watching the waves. I definitely plan to return.

We loved our stay here and we will be back! The beach accesses were so close one had steps and the other we could ride our bikes through. It was a great place!

We just returned from a great trip. The home was immaculate and had a lot of nice, small touches. We loved the outdoor shower. We brought our dog and it was very pet friendly. Michelle was exceptionally responsive to our questions. We plan to return.
