This spacious townhouse provides three living areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with high quality fittings and fixtures.
The downstairs level boasts a master bedroom with large walk-in robe, ensuite offering dual vanities and walk in shower.
The living area showcases a harmonious interaction of indoor to outdoor settings with an enormous ground entry games room/office with separate access, expansive undercover alfresco, BBQ entertaining surrounded by artificial turf and chiminea.
The second-story level homes the large minor bedrooms with robes, main bathroom, second living room and an entertaining balcony.
Air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, with unlimited high speed WiFi.
Plenty of parking with space for a boat.
Full-service kitchen with quality appliances, pots, pans and crockery.
Located a short walk to Dunsborough town centre with it`s many cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shopping.
Walk to Dunsborough playing fields, for dog walks, footy ovals, skatepark, basketball courts and playground.
Short drive to the beach, golf courses and boat ramps.

You will have the entire house to yourself for the duration of your stay.

Pets are welcome, but due to council regulations cannot be left in the home unattended.
Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towel and bath mat are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face clothes.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
