Each renter will be issued 3 parking passes maximum. Summer and busy weeks renters will be issued ONE pass for the inside lot regardless of occupancy of condo.

- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.

The condo was nice. Easy access to the pool. Easy access to the places we wanted to go. The condo was big enough for the 9 of us that stayed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

Our rental was clean and a great fit for our family. The door handle to the slider broke and they were responsive and fixed the same day. Bedrooms were updated nicely but the bathrooms are due for some upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Only issue was it was very dirty had to clean it ourselves sand was all over the floor tables hadn’t been cleaned sliding glass door was broke to balcony .
