Relax in this adorable newly renovated beach house that is just one block away from Oak Island's sand and surf. This house boasts a large screened porch with rocking chairs for relaxed lazy days and stargazing summer nights. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy and the living room boasts a new sectional couch that has a Queen pull-out bed for extra guests. TVs are in the living room and in each bedroom. The house is pet friendly and has a large completely fenced back yard for pets, games, grilling and picnics!

The house was absolutely perfect! The dogs loved the back yard and the place was spotless. The bed was super comfy and we loved sitting out on the front screened porch listening to the ocean. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean, beautiful space. Great location to walk to the beach and fishing piers, a lot of private space on the beach. 10-20 minute drives for shops and restaurants.

We loved this little cottage house. It’s perfect for a couple people. The quick walk to the back along with an easy walk to the bridges over the marsh made this the perfect location for us.
