Tiki Retreat is a sun-drenched 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home featuring a heated pool and spa and a dock tiki hut right on water. A paddleboat is available for guests to take a leisurely trip down the canal. The home is well-stocked with everything guests need for a relaxed stay. Guests can enjoy easy access to everything needed during their stay! Tiki Retreat sits within walking or biking distance to shops and restaurants in Cape Coral. Or head out for a day at the nearby beaches, all within quick driving distance.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed with TV and slider access to the pool. En-suite bath with soaking tub, huge walk-in shower, and dual vanities.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed with TV and slider access to the pool.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed with TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Tub/shower combo with access to the pool deck.
The living room offers its own Smart TV, cable, and stereo while all bedrooms come equipped with cable and streaming Smart TVs. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and drinkware, plus a toaster, blender, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. High-speed WiFi runs throughout the home. Family-friendly extras include a highchair and Pack N Play.
The heated pool and heated spa are the highlight of your stay! Lounge on spacious pool deck with sun loungers. Fire up the BBQ grill in the outdoor kitchen, with an outdoor dining table. The waterfront tiki hut is perfect for drinks during sunset! Take the paddleboat for a leisurely trip down the canal. Beach essentials are provided, along with four adult bikes and golf clubs.

- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- The garage is not available for guest parking.

We enjoyed our stay! The pool and house were both lovely. Great location. Close to everything. Nice quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved hanging out at the Tiki Hut watching all the turtles. Thank you for opening your home to us. Would definitely recommend!

The host was incredible! Answered all messages very quickly. The property was spectacular! It was clean and had everything we needed! The host has gone above and beyond by providing so many extras to make us feel right at home! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to our friends!

This was a great family spring break trip and just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed.

After renting several homes over the years this one was amazing! Tiki hut on the dock made for great mornings and even better evenings. House layout was great and had everything. Close to everything from restaurants to stores. A perfect relaxing vacation oasis. If your considering this as an option make it a reality!!!
