About this house rental
Enjoy a beach holiday in a beautiful bush setting. Relax amongst spotted gums, whilst listening to the distant crash of waves. The secluded Barragga Bay beach is a short walk away (400m) via a bush track.
Curl up on the lounge with a good book or watch a DVD by the slow combustion fireplace or sit out on the deck and enjoy the coastal bush view. Ideally suited for those wanting peace and quiet, yet still only a 7-minute drive to Bermagui. Cuttagee Beach and Lake are only 1km & 1.5km away respectively and the location is part of the Bermagui-Tathra Art Trail.

Bedroom 2 - 1 x Tri Bunk bed, sofa & wardrobe
Linen: Supplied: You will need to bring beach towels if required
Bathroom: Shower over small bath, vanity and toilet - Septic system & tank water
Lounge Room: Open plan living with 1 x 3 seater lounge & 2 arm chairs. Flat screen TV (be warned the reception can be intermittent) DVD player
Kitchen/Dining: Open plan space with dining table & 4 chairs plus one armchair. Fully equipped kitchen inc Stove/ oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle
Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay.
Laundry: Is located in bathroom, includes washing machine, dryer, iron & ironing board.
Heating/Cooling: Combustion wood heater, wood supplied and stored in storage area in yard.
Pets: Sorry, this property is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our pet friendly options.
Parking: Suitable for 2 car spaces, gravel driveway. Not suitable for boats.
Outdoor: Gas BBQ on balcony overlooking bush, outdoor table with 4 chairs. Fire pit in the front garden.
Water: Property is on tank water, please conserve where possible. It is recommended that you bring your own drinking water or water filter as the tap water can sometimes have a taste and colour of tannin. There is a Bio-Septic Sewage system, please do not put anything organic in the toilets other than toilet paper.

Lovely quiet spot near a beautiful beach, you can hear the water from the house. House is comfortable and clean, loved the fire, and bird life. Honorbread in Bermagui is delicious and only 10 minutes away. Hope we can come back some time!

Well equiped accommodation. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home and fire was well stocked with wood.
Great location - walking distance to 3 beaches.

Beautiful location, well maintained and clean house. Perfect for a short or long stay. Master bedroom mattress needs a topper or update.
