This is our second year in a row staying. Can’t beat the location, especially for concerts and all of the happenings in Cocoa Village. Took us 5 minutes to walk to Riverfront Park. You 100% can’t beat this apartment for the price. Can’t wait to go again!

Great peaceful location with pool and laundry. Perfect spot to drive to local attractions. Quaint and clean.

Corner unit was bright, clean, well stocked, good location 10 minute walk to town,right next to nice pool. Second bedroom was just room enough for single bed only. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle. Would book again.

No hand towels or face cloths in bathroom. Couch has obvious stains and bed pillow was gross under pillow case, quite stained. Otherwise a good stay, great location.
