The hotel, location and staff, especially Garrit (hopefully spelled that correctly) were 5 star plus. I WOULD NOT recommend the property manager, Room Picks, since they misrepresented the parking availability and they refused to do anything about it. They even tried to say it was my fault for not calling the hotel to verify. That's where the hotel staff stepped in and tried to make the best of the situation for me. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends as long as they book direct with the hotel. Even VRBO staff was a pleasure to deal with when I called to explain the situation.

We really loved our stay! It was right in the heartbeat of Portland, and the hotel offers a shuttle to run closeby places like the Peaks Island Ferry. The host, shuttle driver, and bartender were all absolutely delightful and extremely helpful. We really enjoyed hanging out in the lounge to have a drink and play jenga and pool with our son after our day out at Peak's Island. Plus the room decor/layout was super cool. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
