About this apartment rental
We are on the third floor, on a quiet part of the building away from the pool. Accessing the pool is easy, but you don’t have the noise. Third floor is also great because you don’t have to depend on the elevator if you’re able to climb stairs! We have continuously made improvements on this unit since we purchased it eight years ago. Check us out!

Very nice condo with awesome views. The condo is well cared for, clean, beautifully decorated. Communication was excellent and check-in check-out effortless. Covered assigned parking spot was a delight too!

The property had a great view of the ocean and the on-site management was helpful when I called to inquire about the property. However, the washing machine did not put enough water in when I washed clothes. About half-way through the wash, some of the clothes were still dry and the tide tab never got wet enough to dissolve. In addition, the light switches were in unusual locations and the decor wasn’t what I expected.
