Spacious private single family house sitting right by the beautiful Wollaston beach. Stunning Ocean and Boston Skyline views from the master bedroom and living/dinning/kitchen area. Steps to beach, restaurants (e.g. the Clam Box), parks, and children’s play ground. Great place to walk, to jog, picnic or just lay down to get a suntan.
Open floor plan with newly renovated chief’s kitchen, new hardwood floor throughout the house and tasteful decorations. Easy access to Boston/places-of-interests: 9 mile to Downtown Boston via I-93; 1 mile to Wollaston Subway station with Red Line T to Boston, MIT and Harvard. Bus stop is one block away. Master bedroom: King bed + Private bathroom+suite with an extra twin bed; Bedroom 2: Queen bed; Private driveway parking of 4 cars. Local regulation that only allows four or less unrelated parties to stay overnight will be followed.

Overall it was a nice property with a good location, good communication with the host. Floors were vacuumed but needed to be washed, the soles of our feet or socks were literally black after a short time. Did not like the fact that we could not adjust the airconditioning temperature but had to contact the host to change the temperature setting. Left control knob on the stove did not provide a solid “off” settingThis was actually a two bedroom house because one “bedroom” was in an open room (no door) delineated only by a drape.

Clean rooms. Lacked basic amenities like toilet paper or dish washer soap. Very convenient location with beach and Boston skyline view.
