Value for the location was great. Great beach access and pools. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained slowly. The bathroom vent fan was broke. The carbon monoxide detector was ancient. The garbage disposal was broken and when you run the dishwasher that side of the sink backs up and smell awful. Great location for the price.

The beach view was beautiful. The room was very clean and organized to meet all of my needs. The instructions for getting check in and out were very clear. Will be booking again!

We enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach, the bed was comfortable as well as the couch. We had no issues with the appliances. The amenities of the building were in good shape. They were working on remodeling during our stay. We were however disappointed in the cleanliness of our condo. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned, behind the toilet seat was dirty, the light fixture was dusty, as well as the fan in the bathroom. The light fixture and fan had lightbulbs to go out that were not replaced before our stay. The fridge had an odd smell as well as the room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

The room itself was great. Host was great. The issue is the condo itself. One of the elevators was broken the entire state. On cooler days, none of the pools are heated. The hallways looks like a prison. Parking is tight.Best thing is close beach access and the bar near the pool.
