Featuring Nemo, Princess, and Mickey-themed bedrooms, a desirable south-facing private pool and spa, an upstairs game room, separate loft, and accommodations for up to 16 guests, this 3,812-square-foot home gives families and groups plenty of room to relax, play, and enjoy their Central Florida getaway together.

Located approximately 12 miles from Walt Disney World and approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport, the home places your family within convenient reach of Orlando's famous attractions while providing the privacy, entertainment, and space of your own vacation home.

The Nemo, Princess, and Mickey-themed bedrooms bring an extra touch of Disney-inspired fun to the vacation. Younger guests can continue the excitement after leaving the theme parks with colorful themed spaces that make bedtime another memorable part of the experience.

One of the home's biggest highlights is the private south-facing pool and spa. The desirable southern exposure is especially appealing for families hoping to make the most of the Florida sunshine throughout the day.

Situated on a corner lot, the home also features a spacious screened lanai and pool deck with outdoor patio furniture. Start the morning with coffee beside the water, spend a relaxing afternoon swimming between theme park adventures, or return after a busy day at Walt Disney World and enjoy your own private poolside retreat.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to unwind beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.

UPSTAIRS GAME ROOM & LOFT

When it's time for some friendly competition, head upstairs to the dedicated game room featuring a pool table and air hockey. Bar seating provides a comfortable place to watch the action, while a flat-screen LED TV adds another entertainment option.

A separate upstairs loft with a flat-screen TV gives larger groups another comfortable place to spread out and relax. With a great room, loft, game room, and multiple private bedrooms, families have plenty of options for spending time together or enjoying their own downtime.

Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms and another queen bedroom are joined by family-friendly sleeping spaces featuring one full bed and one twin bed, two twin-over-full bunk beds, and two twin beds. Guests have access to two impressive resort amenity complexes at ChampionsGate—the Oasis Club and The Retreat.

The Oasis Club features a tropical resort-style pool, lazy river, children's water playground and splash pad, quiet pool and spa, private cabanas, poolside tiki bar, Grille Room and bar, fitness center with aerobics room, game room, movie theater, business center, and planned entertainment and activities.

The Retreat offers a second resort-style pool with a waterslide and cabanas, tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, game room, playground, volleyball courts, six clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse.

CHAMPIONSHIP GOLF AT CHAMPIONSGATE

ChampionsGate Golf Club features two premier 18-hole championship courses designed by Greg Norman and open to the public. The International Course offers a distinctive links-inspired experience, while the National Course provides a traditional Florida resort-style layout.

With championship golf located within ChampionsGate, golfers can easily combine a round on the course with Disney adventures, resort days, and time beside the private pool.
