Let’s start with the positives:Some of the issues we immediately noticed ( like only 1 coffee cup in the condo) was quickly remedied.The shower has great water pressure.The mattress was comfortable (microfiber sheets tended to slide off of the bed).Walking distance to Vanderbilt beach.Easy parking for one car.The rooftop pool was sparkling clean and delightful. Unfortunately, the negatives are that this building has been surrounded by construction for years ( sounds like it’s continuing for a while)and in my opinion it feels like the owner/prop manager has given up on any improvements. The pictures looked so nice but aesthetically was not the reality. I dropped something on the bedroom floor and the floor under the bed was filthy. The outer deck ( which in the pictures show a bit of a water view- not the case) is covered in construction dust. The washer and dryer look and perform like they’re from 1970. Walls are badly scuffed and the screen on the front door is holding on by a thread.That being said it was an inexpensive nightly fee and I felt like the property manager was trying to be as accommodating as they could.
