Venture a little farther to visit the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green or the Louisville Slugger Museum in the Derby City. Get your bourbon on with a tour of one of the many nearby distilleries. It was very peaceful and nices view. Rooms where small but very comfortable. Cleaned had all the utensils. And very much pet friendly.
If you want a places to relax or just quietness with a lake view and go fishing this is the place. Ill be keeping this on my list to stay.

Philip was an awesome host. The property was exactly as advertised. The place was comfortable and very nice for our family. The lake was absolutely beautiful and a great spot to fish and spend time outside.
