Upcoming SeaCrest Improvements Notice (8/12/2025):
SeaCrest will be enhancing the property with a Mansard Roof Project from September 2025 through April 2026. While you may notice some scaffolding and work in progress, guest areas and amenities will remain accessible.
- Building 1: Nov 4, 2025 – Jan 19, 2026 (courtyard side), then Jan 20 – Apr 30, 2026 (parking lot side).
- Building 2: Sept 2 – Nov 3, 2025 (scaffolding on both sides). Brief parking closures around Sept 15 for crane access.
- Penthouse Roof: Nov – Dec 2025.
Work areas will be neatly covered with blue protective tarps, and most activities will occur during daytime hours. Dates are subject to change due to weather, but every effort will be made to minimize disruption to your stay.

The trip started out rocky when you found out that some of the elevators from the garage did not work and were not expected to be operational for several more weeks, luckily the one nearest to our condo was fine. Then we learned that 1 of the 2 pools was not open and would not be open anytime soon.The washer and dryer dials are very difficult to turn and some modest repair work needs to be done to the cabinets and doors mainly the paint is coming off of the doors in several places. The bathtub at least in the Master bath does not have a stopper making it impossible to take a bath. The response time from the owners was remarkable whenever something was needed the staff would take care of all problems.There are plenty of shops across the street for food and general shopping so it was very convenient.The grounds are a beautiful park like arrangement.

Location is perfect! Across the street is Coligny Plaza with lots of restaurants, shops, ice cream, grocery, you name it. And right out front is the pool and ocean. You could get away with not having a car. Unit was very clean and kitchen well stocked with essentials. We also appreciated not a ton to do for checkout. The wrong code was listed all over the guest portal for the parking garage/elevator, so we had to call guest services. Person who answered our call was very nice, but even she had the same wrong code we had. While on the phone with her we did find the correct code listed once somewhere else in the portal. Instructions also specified we were to park under building 1 but nowhere did we see 1 on the building. We just happened to go to the right building after driving around an extra 10 minutes. I honestly can't remember the last time I received perfectly clear, correct arrival info. It's really frustrating when you're tired and cranky from travelling.

No mention in description of property that it was a four story property with 3 wings. No reception desk and absolutely no direction signs of where the property was located.
Stayed in many VRBO’s and none have had the fees of Host2Coast. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. The view from the porch was beautiful and loved that beach was within walking distance. I must say we would never return to this location or rent any property maintained by Host2Coast.
