About this apartment rental
Please read the full description of this condo. We also have another unit in Aqua "Unit 1202" that is a 3-3 and it could be better for your stay depending on your needs.
Located in Panama City Beach 19th floor, UNIT 1901 in Aqua resort With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 5 twin bunk beds. This unit is best suited for a large family with 2-4 adults or teenagers, and up to 5 children. This unit sleeps 9 total, but please note that 5 of the beds are twin-bunk beds. We have upgraded the mattress' to accommodate adults, but the beds are best suited for children-teenagers.
All three bedrooms have a deck, but only one bedroom has a beach view, and it has a king bed. The other two bedrooms have nice balconies, but they overlook Front Beach Road.
The second bedroom with the queen has a dedicated bathroom. The bedroom with the king bed also has a dedicated bathroom, and is considered the primary bedroom.
A few guests have asked us what we would think is fair for 4 adults splitting the cost of this condo 1901. Two adults would get the king with a beach view, and the other two adults would get a queen without a beach view. Our best guess is 60%-40% with the couple getting the king paying 60%.
Stay connected with WiFi and enjoy the convenience of a washing machine-Dryer, and completely stocked kitchen for cooking. We have a combo coffee machine that has a pot, and single serve options.
please note that we do not have beach service chairs, but we do try to keep 4 chairs in the condo for our guests to use.

Beautiful spacious condo with all the extras. There were hair dryers, an air fryer, cofee pot and kcups, games, tvs in all the rooms, very clean and new feeling. Also its in a great location! In the middle of the strip just a minute from Pier Park. Alvins Island and liquor store was across the street. Beautiful beach and pools (bonus there was a bathroom downstairs by the pools and beach gate so we didn't haveto go all the way back up the elevator to the room to use the bathroom, and there is a pool bar with drinks and food). Communication with the owner was great, they were very responsive and checked on us to make sure we got in ok, if everything in the condo was good, and answered all the questions we had about check out (which was a breeze). No problems no complaints. Would go back every month if we could. There are three rooms and three bathrooms. Every room had a balcony. We had 7 people and plenty of room to hang out get ready and sleep. It felt like I was staying at a family members house. Everything was so nice 10/10 will recommend and book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed plus more. The location was great, and all the little extras made our trip even better.The host was fantastic—easily the best I've ever worked with. Communication was excellent, and they made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family absolutely loved this condo! The kitchen was extremely well stocked with extras and had everything we needed to make meals for the week. Everyone slept so well in the comfy beds.
