This thoughtfully curated home blends modern luxury with classic beach charm, offering a relaxing escape just steps from the sugar-white sands of Orange Beach. With deeded beach access across the street and a prime location close to shopping, dining, and entertainment, this property is perfect for your next vacation getaway!
The Space – Sleeps 8 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a plush mattress, elegant coastal décor, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort.
Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds, cozy furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the second full bathroom.
Living Room: A stylish and inviting space with a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a mounted HDTV for entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully stocked kitchen featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and seating for six between the dining table and breakfast bar.
Additional Features: A convenient half bath on the main level and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
Parking: Adequate space for 2 vehicles with no parking pass required.
Dog-Friendly: ***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 25 pounds. Dog fee is NOT included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking spaces. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.
RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

We stayed for a month and will definitely be back to the area. The house is beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. The pool was nice and we loved that it was just a walk across the street to the beach. Now the reasons we only rated it 4 stars. The couch was so dirty and worn looking with holes. This was the only negative about the house which we fixed by just covering it with a sheet the entire stay. There were things laying around outside for almost our entire month stay a pair of crocs and a sock at the pool and underwear in another driveway you would think they would have someone cleaning the outdoor area but I guess not. Now to the rental management first they messaged us saying we couldn’t have towels hanging on the railing to dry after we had already stayed for 2 weeks and had them there almost daily. They should probably notify guests before staying. Second they decided the last week of our stay that they were going to show the property to a potential buyer. We didn’t know the place was for sale even if we had I never would have expected them to show it with all of our stuff in the place but they did even though my husband called and asked if they could please wait for after the weekend when we would be gone but they said no. Last someone let their dog swim in the pool! I notified them right away and sent pics and nothing was done besides them saying they would notify the HOA. We swam in the other pool the rest of our which was thankfully free of dog hair

This was a perfect location for us. We were able to walk our dog around the neighborhood and get to Gulf State Park’s massive trail system without going out to the busy main road. Beach access was just across the street. The house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. A few kitchen essentials like salt and pepper and cooking oil would be appreciated.
