Welcome to 519 Plantation Club, a meticulously updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom sanctuary in the prestigious Sea Pines Resort. This villa is designed for travelers who value both modern style and the peaceful ambiance of a golf-side retreat.
Living & Dining: The bright, open-concept living area features updated flooring and a large, comfortable sectional sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day on the courts or fairways. The space flows into a dedicated dining area perfect for family meals or a quiet game night.
Gourmet Kitchen: The renovated kitchen boasts sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a stylish subway tile backsplash. It is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to full-course dinners.
Primary Suite: Features a plush King-sized bed, a smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.
Guest Suite: Designed with flexibility in mind, this room offers one Queen bed and one Twin bed, as well as its own smart TV.

Pet Policy: Please note that pets are not permitted in this villa.
Prohibited Items: To maintain the resort's peaceful atmosphere, e-bikes, motorcycles, and trailers are not allowed within the community.
Starter Kit: We provide an initial supply of paper products and soaps; for longer stays, guests should plan to bring or purchase additional supplies.
Beach Gear: For your convenience, 4 beach chairs are included with the rental.

This is a very nice condo. It was clean and well appointed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. My only complaint (and this is out of the owners control) is that you can hear the people above you very clearly. We had people above us who were up very late at night and it was very disruptive. If you are not sensitive to noise it shouldn’t be an issue but it’s definitely something I would want to know about before renting a property. Other than that the property was great.

This was a beautiful place to stay. Oceanside Properties was very attentive, easy to work with and responded almost immediately to our questions. Would definitely rebook here. 10/10 experience start to finish.
