Located near Lakeside Marina and sits on the BIG waters of Lake Marion. This home is just 12 minutes east of I-95 and Santee. This large 2,500 sq. ft. 5 BR, 3 BA home is a beautiful property that can sleep 12 (2 Kings, 2 queens, 2 twins & 1 futon). You will enjoy the open living room/ kitchen/dining room floor plan. Screened porch with patio furniture and swing. Side deck has a gas grill. We have incredible water views and a level yard for easy access to the PIER and BEACH SWING. Everything is great a little this property. It’s large with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your time. The beach front has a lot of cypress tree needles and seeds so bring a small rake or water shoes. There are gators in the cove, just like any other body of water in this state, but they tend to avoid human interaction. Most are in the 3’-6’ length. The neighbors on the driveway side of the house can get loud at times on the weekends and their pets will roam over into the yard but they are mostly quiet during the week. I don’t fault them for enjoying their property but there will be times where your peace will be interrupted by their music or mowers or just hollering at their guests or animals.

The house was warm and welcoming. Thank you for sharing it with us. It was exactly as described and more. The house was spacious and accommodating. The kitchen had everything needed. The view of the lake was beautiful and delightful to wake up to every morning. Thank you for allowing us to make Thanksgiving 2025 memories to hold on too.
