About this house rental
DOG FRIENDLY! This beautiful newly constructed townhouse with brand new EVERYTHING! You won't find a more affordable vacation home that is this lovely. Sleeping 8 with a King Primary Suite, 2 Queen Bedrooms and a Twin Bunk Bedroom. Although Millville by the Sea is just a short drive to the beautiful beaches in Bethany, you may never want to leave the neighborhood! Tool around on the two included adult bikes to enjoy the numerous amenities: resort-style pools, a clubhouse with a fitness center, bocce and pickleball courts, potlucks at the crab shack, a beach shuttle, nature trails, a tot lot, BBQ area and a full calendar of events at the clubhouse. Owner generously provides a few beach chairs and beach umbrella too! Getting too much sun? Stay in and binge watch your favorite shows on the 3 smart TVs ($175 Amenity Fee for all stays) Dogs permitted with a minimum $300 pet fee, approval and addendum. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent.
The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This is an additional fee that will NOT be included on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards for your initial deposit. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your arrival date, and will be automatically charged to your card on file if not paid prior to the due date. If you’d like to make a payment with a personal check or eCheck, please contact your agent for details. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

The villa and community was very nice. The home made use of every space. The owners thought of everything. We would stay again.

Great room size, pool options, location in neighborhood (next to two small pools and a playground, and just down the street from the main pool and playground). You are able to fit a pack n play in any room along with the master closet (which has an air vent). Our two girls stayed in the bunk room - one on the bottom bunk and one in a pack n play. Kitchen layout is great for multiple people to use at once. Big pantry. Kitchen cooking supplies and pots and pans are limited and the house cleaning was not spectacular. We also had electrical issues with the fire alarm and master bedroom that affected our stay.
