About this house rental
Villa Jill is a 3-bedroom home built for the Florida boating lifestyle. Sitting on a canal in Cape Coral's popular Yacht Club area, this home offers a rare, direct route out to the Caloosahatchee River. The dedicated home office in the den means remote workers can stay connected during their stay. It's the perfect Cape Coral home base for boating adventures!
Villa Jill sits in the sought-after Yacht Club area of Southeast Cape Coral. Prized among boating travelers for its direct, unobstructed access to the Gulf. By boat, it's roughly 7-8 minutes out to the Caloosahatchee River. By car, guests are just minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club and downtown Cape Coral's restaurants and bars. A short trip across the Cape Coral Bridge also leads you to the beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers.
Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, patio access. En-suite bath with double vanity, corner soaking tub, and large shower.
- Bedroom 2: Guest bedroom with en-suite bath featuring a walk-in shower.
- Bedroom 3: Two twin beds.
- Den/Home Office: Furnished with a comfortable sleeper sofa, TV, a dedicated work area, and pool access.
The living room is furnished with a recliner sofa and a large flat-screen cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating. A spacious formal dining area seats up to six people. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
Step through the sliding glass doors onto a large lanai overlooking the gulf-access canal. Fire up the BBQ grill and have dinner al fresco. Cool off in the electric heated pool, relax in the spa, or soak up the sun on the poolside loungers. Bring your own vessel to tie up at the dock or use the boat lift (available for a separate fee). The owner's boat is also available for rent and can be arranged separately through Cape Coral Charter Boats (reach out to us for more details).
Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with an additional fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days.
- Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
- Owner's boat rental is available separately through a partnered charter company and is not included in our rate.
- Boat lift access is available upon request for an additional fee of $150 but we will need at least 1 week advance notice to use the lift.

House is beautiful. Quiet Location and close to many amenities. Both king beds are wonderfully comfortable. Lots of towels, kitchen well stocked and patio and pool serene. Mater bath is hugh! Only slight downside was the 2 twin beds. OK for small kids, but not the most comfortable for single adult. Communication great with host. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. Would definitely rent again!!!! We tried renting for next year but was already taken, so if you want it and it is available you better jump on it!!
