Amazing 250' prime Lake Champlain waterfront luxurious with great swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, skiing and close to everything you might want to get out and explore from foliage to apple picking, cider making, Ben & Jerry's Factory tour and lots of great festivals, events and amenities. Hardwood floors and tile on the first floor and tile and brand new Berber on the second floor. Private deck off the master bedroom overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondack mountains with amazing sunsets almost every night. Master bath with Jacuzzi tub overlooking the lake and mountains, 5 skylights, gas insert wood stove, all new appliances and custom cherry cabinets & granite counters throughout. Also a brand new double access deck off the first floor grand room and sun room overlooking Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Full recreation room w/pool, ping pong, slide hockey and darts! We have 5 kayaks, flat bottomed fishing scanoe, brand new paddle boat, floaties & private dock. Amazing bass/trout fishng right off our docks and fabulous deep water fishing charters as well. This was our third time staying at this property and we're already planning our fourth.The house is always sparkling clean and comfortable. We love that the property is lakefront and dog friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, with ample seating and counter space. Linens and towels are provided, which makes packing a lot easier. There's plenty of room to relax both inside and outside of the home. We fished every day, and ate our meals on the deck, which is such an inviting space. Check-in/out is a breeze and Barb is a fantastic host who goes above and beyond to ensure that you enjoy your stay. The house itself is wonderful and the area offers a variety of things to do. Thanks again for a memorable vacation and we hope to make it back your way soon!

The beauty of the environment and the rental property , the hospitality of the hosts makes a repeat experience necessary, which I plan to do!There’s plenty of privacy and space for your dog to run around, bikes, kayaks great places to ride your bikes. It’s just a beautiful place to have a vacation.

Absolutely beautiful home with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was awesome, the bed was super comfortable, and we had such an amazing romantic getaway. Would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Very nice hosts only complaint is the mattress was awful very worn out would highly recommend it be replaced, if the bed was comfortable it would have been a completely different experience
