About this house rental
Pleasant relaxing getaway in this charming historical farmhouse, circa 1876. Recently renovated and has been totally updated merging with rustic elegance and modern comforts. My favorite place is the large covered front porch. Nothing seems to welcome you more than a front porch with rocking chairs, inviting you and others to gather together, to relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the early morning sunrise or a glass of sweet iced tea on a hot summer’s day. Step inside, and you’ll be captivated by the warm atmosphere created by the flow of natural light and a gas fireplace with the original brick surround. Spacious open floor plan and large kitchen. Screened in back porch.
Downstairs provides a King bedroom and bathroom, guest bathroom, a queen sofa sleeper, cozy seating with gas fireplace, modern kitchen with major appliances, small appliances, and basic supplies and essentials. Large dining area, and laundry area. Upstairs provides a queen bed with electric fireplace, kiddy playroom with checkers and other board games, a full bed, twin bunk beds, and adjoining bathroom.
Free Wifi, Cable (living room TV) Smart TV's, and detached game room.
Bed Linens and towels are provided. Starter items are provided that include toilet paper, paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, and conditioner.
Outdoor charcoal grill. Fire pit. Ample parking.
If you want to take a walk, we do have the gravel driveway plus, the paved road behind the farmhouse. It does have a bit of an incline, but it isn't too difficult to walk.(I only walk the short black top road, as the other roads do lead to private property). It could be a great work out to prepare you for some of the hiking trips you may be planning.

I can’t say enough about how awesome this place was and how amazing the owners are!When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was how spotless the house was. It was the cleanest place we have ever stayed in the area. The decorations and furniture gave the place a homey feel and wasn’t just cheap stuff for a rental. And did I mention how clean the place was? lol. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of room to eat, sleep, & play. The kids loved the game room and the grandkids loved the big yard to run around in. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the family. We never ran out of hot water, even after multiple showers and baths. It is easy to see that the owners took pride and put in great effort to make this house an amazing place for people to relax and enjoy their vacation. And did mention how clean this place was??? They even had a second air conditioner for the upstairs which kept the place nice and cool, both upstairs and down. The only issue we had was that both air conditioners broke down on consecutive days with minor issues common to not being used all winter, but Karen and Robert didn’t waste any time getting a repairman out to fix them. Both were repaired within hours of notifying them. They communicated very well and let us know the names of the repairmen and when they would be there. The owners communicated very well and quickly responded to any message we sent. I can’t say enough about how amazing the owners are.

This place was amazing. I have stayed at other cabins in pigeon Forge where price was higher, beds were not comfortable, and it had NO land. This place covered comfortably, cleanliness, well built, beautiful, informative, and overall good pricing.

The home was in a great location. The host was easy to get a hold of, and the house was well stocked with all amenities will definitely rebook at a later date.

We loved it! The house was charming, very clean,and well equipped. The three full baths and laundry were so appreciated. The teens loved the gameroom and the upstairs nook. The quiet homestead is less than 2 miles from bustling downtown Pigeon Forge. The home afforded us pleasant, restful evenings after days spent exploring nearby sites and attractions. We did not have any issues with the house or the check-in/out process.
