About this apartment rental
Located on the medieval rue Maître Albert, in the historical Saint-Michel district, this bright, 45 sqm apartment with its 15 sqm terrace has everything to accommodate your stay in Paris.
Leaving the building, to the left you reach the Seine river, Notre-Dame (100m away), and to the right there is the Place Maubert with some of the best local products available around. The lively farmers market takes place on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
The Latin quarter is home to some of the oldest architecture in Paris. Right in the heart of the city, it is the perfect location for exploring on foot or by transport. Metro/RER/bus stations are all within a few minutes of walking, as well as shops, cafés, museums.
The apartment is on the 4th floor of an old building with a charming courtyard. It offers a bright living room furnished with a sofa, TV and A/C, a wardrobe and a dining area.
The kitchen is fully fitted with an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishes, pots and pans.
The bedroom offers a large double bed with a big window, A/C, and ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and washing machine.
The spacious rooftop terrace can be accessed from both the living-room and the bedroom. It overlooks the Rue Maître Albert and offers views of the Panthéon.
High-Speed Internet Wi-Fi Connection (up to 1 Gb/s shared and 500 Mb/s per device)
Recently renovated during the winter of 2024 to accommodate tourists again.
Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

This quaint apartment was perfect for my wife and I…. Cafes close by…. 2 minute walk to Notre Dame…. Grocery around the corner….. cold A/C…. Awesome!The host was easy to communicate with and responsive.We will book again on our next visit to Paris. Merci!!

The host was so nice from before our arrival. I didn’t follow his directions to the apartment but he found us and got us all settled in. He was quick to respond to all of our inquiries and was genuinely kind.

One of the best places I've ever stayed at! I can't say enough good things about the apartment and the host, Keimo. From the moment I made the reservation, Keimo made sure that everything ran smoothly. He met me at the apartment for check-in, helped to carry my luggage, and was always available to answer any questions I had. He truly cares about his guests. The location of the apartment is perfect, just next to the Seine on the left bank near a metro station and many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The apartment was spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning especially was appreciated since I was there during a record heat wave. There are large windows throughout the apartment that let in a lot of light and offer very nice views, and of course the balcony was lovely to sit out on. I really enjoyed my 2-weeks here, and would not hesitate to book again. Thank you, Keimo!

Location, location, location! Close to restaurants, sites, metro and RER stations. And yet, quiet space. Balcony is delightful.
