Fantastic location and property! Our family of 4 loved the views from the main balcony and the easy access to the beach. Having the garage was ideal for storing our rented beach equipment and reducing the amount of sand tracked into the unit. The unit is at a trolley stop so getting around the island without a car was a breeze.Our only difficulty was arranging transportation to and from the airport that would include the required stop at the realty office for the keys to the unit. We had to spend a significant amount more for a service that would allow for the extra stop.

Everything about the house was great. The location is perfection. Across the street from the beach, the intercostal and Bridge Street.

Renting it was easy. The facility wasn’t as clean as I expect. The air conditioner was out for two days and we were leaving. The ice maker on the fridge was out. The location was perfect for us!
