I recently had the opportunity to stay in the oceanfron penthouse in Bethany Beach, DE, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean that set the tone for our entire vacation.The penthouse itself was beautifully decorated, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The open-concept living area was spacious and inviting, and the large windows provided an abundance of natural light. We loved the private balcony—there's nothing quite like sipping morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals when we wanted to enjoy a night in. The dining area was perfect for family gatherings, and having dinner with an ocean view was truly a highlight.The location couldn’t be better! Just steps away from the beach, we spent our days soaking up the sun, swimming, and building sandcastles. The owner was incredibly accommodating and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They really went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience.

Great property and condo. Very clean. Cool master bathroom shower. Didn't know the outside pools were heated which was nice for May temps. Cristina was very responsive and easy to work with.couldn't get Ceiling fan in one bedroom to work. no spare sheets for pullout beds.I do wish the recreation passes were built into the price and you could pay per day. They cost too much for guests only staying a few days and are mandatory even though we would have preferred not to have them. Also makes trip more expensive for big families.the positives definitely outweigh the negatives and we would stay again.

The location was great with beautiful view of the ocean. Sea Colony is great place for families with indoor and outdoor pools, great beaches, close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Furniture layout was wonderful. Master bedroom mattress very uncomfortable. Overall quite dirty. Had to clean before could use bathrooms and kitchen. Black soot like material in master bath tub. Kitchen not well stocked if you want to cook. Need to bring simple things like potholders and everyday pans. Many of the pots and pans unusable due to burnt bottoms. Floors also sandy and dirty so had to clean.
