About this apartment rental
Completely renovated early 2024 - new flooring, new kitchen, new bathroom, new furniture. We have done it all. New pictures need to be posted.

*Note* The beach in front of Cayman Reef has become very active over the last two years. The summer systems tend to shift the sand north and the winter systems shift the sand back south to us. So it is quite likely that there will not be sand on the beach during the months of July through December. The central section of Seven Mile Beach has the widest and most reliable stretch of beach but you will notice that reflected in the pricing of those complexes versus Cayman Reef.
We provide folding beach chairs so that you can access the beach next door (or elsewhere on the Island) if visiting during a time when our water is up to the wall.

We have paid attention to detail to ensure that you feel at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the basics as well as some nice extras such as a coffee maker, set of wine glasses, serving dishes and knife block to name just a few. We have added high quality bedding and towels to ensure you are comfortable in all aspects.
Our condo is located at Cayman Reef Resort in the heart of the action on Seven Mile Beach. Everything you need is within walking distance. The condo itself is located between the beach and the pool and you will enjoy beautiful views and amazing sunsets from the living room and its patio. There is a king size bed in the bedroom as well as a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and and WIFI internet throughout the unit. We also include a phone with unlimited calls to Canada and the US and a local cell phone for you to use during your visit.
As we live in the same complex, we offer you the additional benefit of being close by should you need anything. We include a welcome package of some of our favorite things to do on-island and where to find all of the necessities. We are also able to arrange babysitting should you require such services.

CAYMAN REEF RESORT
Cayman Reef Resort is located on a beautiful, wide section of Seven Mile Beach close to all amenities. Enjoy snorkeling directly in front of the complex and easy access to all other watersports (jet-skiing, parasailing, banana boat, kayaking, etc) a short walk away at the Royal Palms beach bar. The resort boasts a pool, a lighted tennis court, and plenty of green space.
Our condo is located in the heart of the action with too many restaurants and bars within walking distance to name. You will also find a great variety with many options in both casual, good value dining as well as high end dining. As for essentials, there are two supermarkets about a 15 minute walk away (in opposite directions), a wine/spirits/beer store an ATM all right across the road. Cayman Reef Resort is also on the bus route for easy access to downtown George Town.
A visit to Cayman isn't complete without a visit to Stingray City. Tour operators will pick you up at the condo to take you to Stingray City or scuba diving. Also within walking distance is Cayman's newest development, Camana Bay, where you will find the cinema, shops, restaurants and a nice treat of ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Cars are driven on the left side of the road in Cayman which can be daunting to many North Americans. There are plenty of options for car rentals but most visitors choose not to rent a car and walk to most attractions or catch the bus.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is truly unbeatable—right on the beach! Trinda was wonderfully upfront about the seasonal beach erosion that can happen around July, but during our visit there was plenty of soft sand, and we enjoyed long, beautiful walks along the shoreline. Being able to stroll to great restaurants, Camana Bay, and Fosters made everything so easy and added so much to our trip.The unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. And Trinda’s communication was fantastic from start to finish: quick responses, helpful details, and genuine care that made us feel completely taken care of.We had such a great experience that we’re already looking forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Don't look any further--book with Trinda! My friends, family, and I have stayed in many vacation rentals over the past two decades, but our experience on Grand Cayman was incredibly special. First, Trinda gave us a free upgrade to a much larger unit before we even arrived. (I am pretty sure this is why our teenagers didn't spend the entire vacation fighting!) Second, the condo was so lovely and comfortable, with a stocked kitchen and great washer/dryer. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows and loads of towels. Third, there was a beautiful balcony overlooking the pool, and two of the bedrooms had views of the Caribbean. The white-sand beach was steps away, with loungers and umbrellas,,,plus clear blue water. Stunning. Fourth, Trinda's guide to the area was spot-on, with info about anything we could possibly want (excursion bookings, food, things to see and do). Finally, the community is in a great location along Seven-Mile Beach. We could walk to restaurants, dive and souvenir shops, and the Camana Bay development. It was so easy to get around (we did have a car) and explore other parts of the island, too. I would give Trinda six stars if I could! Best VRBO host ever!

We had a wonderful vacation in this condo. Stocked with everything you need, steps to the beach, and walking distance to shopping and great restaurants. Trinda was excellent with communication, responsiveness and her guide to the island was super helpful. Highly recommend!
