About this cabin rental
Seal Cove Pond and the Algerine Coast are backside favorites. Enjoy Long Pond, Echo Lake and quietside hikes! Wonderful restaurants too!
Southwest Harbor is nearby or enjoy the scenic drive across the island for all that Bar Harbor has to offer.
The cabin has 2 bedrooms, a full loft and 1 bath in the main living space. House has all the amenities including washer and dryer, bath and bed linens, stocked kitchen, and wifi. Partially finished basement includes washer and dryer, extra bathroom and kitchen, walkout to backyard. Grill, picnic table and fire pit surrounded by private woods.

The Perfect Maine Stay is well named! This huge log cabin could comfortably sleep eight, not including the couches. The rooms were spacious and there were extra charging accessories for our charging needs.
This cabin was very clean and the owners paid meticulous attention to detail for their guests.
How about s’mores around the campfire, and if it rains, there were some board games and/or if you want to sit back and relax there were books to read! We hope to use the kayaks and canoes in the future too.
We brought some food to cook and were happy they had had several different pans, every spice you can think of and even a cutting board and knives to slice our cheese.
We look forward to using all three cozy decks next time. The woodwork is excellent inside and out!
There are three floors with two full bathrooms (lower floor and 1st floor). (Two people can take showers at the same time with no change in temperature or water pressure).
Any questions I had, Val was right there to send me a reply via text.
My parents, my husband and I can’t wait to return as soon as possible!

Great location on the quiet side of Acadia! We appreciated the space (in and out), multiple bedrooms, and dining room table with room for at least 6! Even got to view deer in the backyard most mornings. Great stay!

Clean, cozy cabin! We explored Acadia almost every day and had a couple of nice, quiet nights in with bonfires. Great, quiet area. Highly recommend.

This was an excellent place to stay while visiting Bay Harbor. The house was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking, coffee and sleeping. Thank you for having us!
