About this apartment rental
This comfortable and spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo is a corner unit on the 11th floor. It was just updated with soothing aquamarine colors and new furniture in the dining and living rooms. Location on the 11th floor provides an outstanding view of the beautiful gulf and boats as they navigate through Perdido Pass. There is a second balcony off of the master bedroom that provides grand views of Perdido Bay Bridge and the Bay. The dining room table seats 6 and the kitchen island seats 3 on bar stools. The gulfside balcony has seating for 4 at the table and there is room for more. The fully featured kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and a separate wet bar with commercial grade ice maker. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a large walk in shower with 2 shower heads and safety bars. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with its own half bathroom. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa and large flat screen HD TV with DVD player and Dish Network HD. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV and there is free WiFi access throughout the condo.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We enjoyed our visit to Orange Beach and to the Phoenix VIII. Only inconvenience was having to leave one of our vehicles parked in the overflow lot, but other than that had a great time!

Property and grounds were great. Just my sons TV did not work. They tried to fix it several times but were unable to had to leave bedroom doors open for AC to work. all the bedroom doors touch the floor so with doors shut no circulation.
