Welcome to The Perch at Grand Panama! We are located on the 17th floor in Building 1 (beach side) of the Grand Panama Beach Resort in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida!
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo features 1,135 square feet of comfort and luxury. The open floor plan flows gracefully with a distinguished coastal theme and perfect blend of textures and colors. This beachfront paradise offers stunning floor to ceiling windows and plenty of living space with comfortable seating. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a full range of cookware and high end furnishings with granite counter tops, steel appliances and custom tile accents. The private balcony is furnished for comfortable lounging and offers a breathtaking view of the Gulf Coast. This condo will accommodate a total of 8 guests.

Our stay was overall great, I would stay here again in a heartbeat! I did a pros, cons and fyi list below because I like things to the point. Pros: Location! So beautiful, I would for sure stay again. The condo was clean and perfect for our family vacation. Washer/dryer. Beach closet - chairs, wagon, sand toys and umbrella. FYI's (I wish I knew before our stay) No coffee filters even though there is a coffee maker, No laundry soap. Cons:The check in process for the parking pass is cumbersome. No pool/beach towels are provided. The hosts were not very quick to respond on verbo, I had to text.

Our stay was great! Our only complaint was that our room had not been cleaned at check in. It was made right by a later check out.
