About this house rental
The Loft is a fabulous apartment just a few steps from the beach, located on the historic Island Wall in Whitstable. Tastefully decorated in soft muted tones, the interior reflects the joy of coastal living. The open plan living space is perfect for relaxing and socialising, and the two bedrooms and bathroom make this lovely apartment perfect for couples or small families. The apartment has the additional attraction of an allocated parking space. A short stroll along the beach brings you to the iconic The Old Neptune pub, one of the few UK pubs situated on a beach, from where you can catch the most stunning sunsets. Continue along the beach path and you reach the centre of Whitstable which is a vibrant and buzzing seaside town, full of history and charm with a working harbour and fish market. It has a thriving art scene with lots of galleries showing the work of local artists, a great live music scene in the local pubs and some great cafes and restaurants serving contemporary dishes including of course oysters which made Whitstable famous.

One hour restricted parking outside the apartment and free, unrestricted on-street parking available on neighbouring roads

Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.

This is a gorgeous property in a great location between the main shopping street and the beach in Whitstable. On-site parking is really useful as parking locally is just about impossible. It’s small but a masterclass in good use of space. It looked exactly as it appeared online and was also quiet and comfortable as well as looking nice. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, although a small microwave for defrosting and reheating would have been handy. There’s good quality crockery, cutlery and glassware. The big table with bench seating was fantastic in such a small apartment. We had a great stay here and would certainly stay again if in this area. Highly Recommended.

A beautifully designed apartment with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Excellent location for the beach, the high street and access to further along the coast.
Just exactly what we needed and some tasty treats left for our arrival. Very kind!

Had a fantastic week in the loft , it is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location in whitstable , close to beach and pub and five minutes from the high street.
