The village of Icod de los Vinos, located in northwest Tenerife, is renowned for its ancient dragon tree, around 800 years old and now a national monument, as well as the world’s largest lava tube (Cueva del Viento).

This rustic 150 m² house features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 and a wood-burning stove, a well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge-freezer, 3 bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with a queen-size bed, and the third with a single bed), a bathroom with shower and toilet, plus an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 7 guests. The entire home is furnished with wooden ceilings, exposed beams, traditional decorative tiles, and natural stone elements, offering authentic Canarian charm.

The private, walled outdoor area features a shaded terrace with a dining area, well protected from the sea breeze. Upstairs, there’s a sunny terrace with panoramic views of the coastal landscape and the deep blue Atlantic Ocean. Two supermarkets are within 220 to 500 m, and several restaurants are also nearby (60 to 900 m). The beautiful Playa de los Marcos is about 3 km away and can be reached by car in around 10 minutes. Tenerife North International Airport is 45 km away, about a 45-minute drive.
