Stylish, comfortable, and ideally located near Harbour Town, this two-bedroom penthouse villa offers a wonderful home base for enjoying the best of Sea Pines. Vaulted ceilings, elevated views, and thoughtfully furnished interiors give the villa a bright, open feel, while the Lighthouse Tennis pool, beach, Harbour Town, golf, dining, shopping, and bike paths are all within easy reach.
THE SETTING: Located at 79 Lighthouse Road, 2414 Lighthouse Tennis Club places you in the heart of Sea Pines with Harbour Town just minutes away. From the villa's elevated penthouse position, enjoy nearly panoramic views and a balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds and pool below. Spend the morning biking to the beach, the afternoon exploring Harbour Town, and the evening returning to your comfortable villa after dinner or sunset along the marina.
THIS HOME IS IDEAL FOR: Couples, small families, golf enthusiasts, and guests looking for comfortable accommodations in a convenient Harbour Town-area location. With two bedrooms and accommodations for up to four guests, the villa is especially well suited for couples traveling together or a family looking for an easy Sea Pines vacation. Please note this is a 2 ½ story walk up villa.

POOL: Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Lighthouse Tennis pool, which can be seen from the villa's balcony. The pool is open seasonally from April through September and is not heated.
SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDE: Sleeps 4 comfortably // 1 King bed // 2 Twin beds. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed, luxury BESTNEST linens, and wall-mounted television, while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and equally inviting accommodations. Both bedrooms are prepared with comfortable bedding and everything needed for a restful stay.
FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay, whether you're making breakfast before a morning bike ride or enjoying dinner at home after a day exploring Sea Pines. Quality cookware, matching dinnerware, generous serving pieces, ample glassware, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, and plentiful kitchen essentials make cooking and dining in easy.
ADDITIONAL HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE: Penthouse location, vaulted ceilings, elevated balcony with views over the Lighthouse Tennis grounds and pool, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, wall-mounted televisions, full-size stacked washer and dryer, stylish furnishings, and convenient access to Harbour Town, golf, the beach, dining, shopping, and Sea Pines bike paths. Please note that this villa is located approximately two and a half stories above ground level and is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.
BESTNEST GUESTS ENJOY: Thoughtful comforts designed to make vacation easy, including luxury linens and towels, beach towels, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig and traditional drip coffee makers, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, beach cart, cooler, bathroom essentials, laundry supplies, paper products for the duration of your stay, secure high-speed Wi-Fi, and responsive local Guest Services whenever assistance is needed.
PETS: Well-behaved small and medium-sized dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee of $350 per dog, with a maximum of two small dogs. Labradors and other oily-coated breeds are not permitted. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds and must be crated whenever left unattended. Traveling without a pet? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.
VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS: Denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook-ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.
HOW FAR TO BEACH: Approximately an eight- to ten-minute bike ride or a two-minute drive to the Sea Pines Beach Club. During peak season, complimentary Sea Pines Beach Trolleys transport guests from designated parking areas to the Beach Club. From the day after Labor Day through mid-March, overnight guests may park directly at the Beach Club.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY: For reservations made thirty (30) days or fewer prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time of booking. For reservations made thirty-one (31) days or more prior to arrival, a deposit of 25% of the total reservation amount, along with the full travel insurance premium if selected, is due when the reservation is made. The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long-term winter reservation policies may differ; please inquire for details. Guests may cancel up to thirty-one (31) days before arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit. Cancellations made between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Reservations become non-cancelable and non-refundable beginning thirteen (13) days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Property was well supplied with all consumable items. It was clean. It was exactly how it was represented and photographed. Only negative is that it’s on the third floor, which is 34 steps from the parking lot. But a good way to stay in shape. There was a nice gift basket provided. The customer service ,primarily from Amanda, was unbelievably good as all customer service should be. Definitely would consider Best Nest for future Vrbo vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Sea Pines condo. Location was awesome. We walked with our kids in strollers to Harbour Town and Lawton Stables. Pool proximity was great for spontaneous swims and the view was great for a glass of wine at night. Room was spacious and clean. We did find one acetaminophen pill that did not belong to us on the bedroom floor just tucked out of sight but within reach of our crawling infant. We understand things like this can happen, but it’s scary and I’m glad I caught it. We would stay here again and can’t wait for our next trip back to HHI.
