Communication with management was professional, and the issue we had upon arrival was resolved. If there was ever an under-promised, over-delivered example, this would be it. I can't say enough nice things about our interaction with the management at Emerald Coast. We will definitely look at their properties the next time we visit.

The room was overall great and just as pictured. However I feel the cleaning crew could have done better due to clothes left in room from previous guest, the floors still black, the counters after wiping down had stuff all over them, and most importantly the people before us as well had unfortunately decided to smoke in there and the smell was so strong. The curtain and bedding need a good cleaning in the master room for sure. I went to DG and bought cleaning supplies to try my best to help the situation. It got the smell out for the most part but still was there and was left strong in the master no matter how much I cleaned. It may need a new air filter after that. With that being said I did message the owner and he was very communicative.

There were dirty dishes put up in cabinets, limited cookware, dried food on cabinets, floor was sticky, balcony chairs all broken, toothpaste on mirror in bathroom.
