About this apartment rental
Affordable holiday in the heart of the action.
You couldn't be more central: in the beautiful and cosy apartment (approx. 40 m²) with 1 bedroom you really live in the city. Due to the quiet location on a side street in the centre, you'll hardly notice the city noise, and the lovely pizzeria in the building invites you to dine out or take away. Or you prefer to cook yourself in the recently renovated small kitchenette.

A paid underground car park is located directly near Apartment Centrum. For an additional charge, you are welcome to use the bread and breakfast service of a local bakery.

•cosy living room with dining table for 4 people, sofa bed for 2 people and Smart TV
•Only 200 m from Zeller See
•Ebenberglift and CityXpress 250 m away (Schmittenhöhe Zell am See ski area)
Location:
Our studio is located in a residential building directly in Zell am See, only 200 m from the centre / train station / bus stop. Excellent restaurants, bars, cafés, pizzerias, shops etc. are right downstairs. The nearest lift is only 250 m away (Ebenberglift and CityXpress). You can reach Zeller See in just a few minutes on foot.
Leisure activities:
Zell am See is the world-famous jewel of the Alps in the Austrian Hohe Tauern National Park (the largest protected area in the Alps). The wonderful alpine landscape is characterised by a high entertainment value. Countless sports can be practised here and many sights are just waiting to be discovered by you! And all this surrounded by unspoilt nature, fresh air and clear water!
Particularly beautiful glittering in the sun are the turquoise-blue Kaprun high mountain reservoirs. And in bad weather we recommend the ice rink or the indoor swimming pool in Zell am See or if you want even more water fun, head to Tauern Spa Therme Kaprun.

Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on the property or at the existing power connections. Please use the designated public charging stations in the area to charge your electric car.

The apartment was comfortable. A little sparsely furnished and decorated, but very comfortable clean and well supplied. Plenty of linens, comfortable bed. Literally a 5 minute (slow walk) walk to city express. I walked quickly and was there in two minutes.
